CIOB calls for minimum requirements


The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) has called for the government to ensure that the minimum requirements for Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) mirror standards set in CDM 2007. In response to a government consultation, the CIOB wants all construction projects involving more than 30 days or 500 person days of construction, to implement a SWMP.
