Contractor Carillion has won facilities management contracts for the Nationwide Building Society and for Virgin Media that together are worth up to £204M this week.

Nationwide Building Society has signed a three-year contract with Carillion to provide facilities management services for its entire property portfolio including over 800 high-street branches. The contract commences in April 2011 and will be for an initial period of three years, with an option to extend this for a further two years.

Virgin Media has renewed its current agreement to provide facilities management of Virgin Media’s UK national estate. The contract is until mid-2013 and potentially up to mid-2015.
