Bylaw 61: the changes

Amendment proposed in 1994

Territorial members shall be corporate members elected by the corporate members and Associate Members who are incorporated engineers living within a local assocation area in which a vacancy or vancancies occur. The election shall be by a postal ballot. Not fewer than three names shall appear in the ballot papers for each vacancy.
