WYG has launched a graduate development programme.
The Leeds-based consultancy is running a 24-month induction for recent graduates in a bid to boost the credentials of its workforce.
WYG is recruiting up to five graduates per month as it moves to create the next generation of staff.
The coordinated development programme will look at the company’s strategy and help graduates enhance their skills, knowledge and behaviour.
HR business partner Sue Rhodes said: “We’re feeling positive and excited to get the graduate development programme fully up and running at WYG.
“We want to become an employer of choice for graduates in the industry and we hope that this diverse programme, that welcomes both males and females, will really help to boost our graduate community and help to attract, develop and retain the very best people.”
