Tarmac buys Alun Griffiths

tarmac secures m25 framework contract 3x2

Tarmac has bought regional civils firm Alun Griffiths.

Griffiths, which works across Wales, the Midlands and South West England, has become part of Tarmac’s contracting business.

Griffiths is to keep its name. It has 700 employees in six offices.

Tarmac said in a statement: “The acquisition strengthens Tarmac’s overall civils and highways customer offer in key markets, and builds upon its existing network of strategic sites, logistics and operations.”
