Tyne bridge newcastle upon tyne 3to2

Mott MacDonald, WSP and Aecom are among 48 companies which have won places on the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) £10M Construction and Engineering Consultancy Services framework.

The four year framework will be available for use by a range of organisations in the North East including local authorities, government bodies (and their Agencies), emergency services including coastguard services and public bodies.

Work will include building work, extensions, improvement works and renovations in a number of different sectors including housing, commercial and industrial areas.

Other consultants on the list include Rambol, Turner & Townsend, Sweco and Atkins.

WSP associate director David Pluse said: “This commission builds on our delivery under the previous framework and allows us to continue supporting the economic growth of the region and improving the quality of people’s lives right across the north east.

“WSP has international experience but with offices across the north east we have the local insight to be able to provide innovative world-class expertise on important projects within the region.”
