Is our industry doing enough to promote diversity? We want to hear from you

Flying rainbow flag

New Civil Engineer’s 2015 survey into attitudes towards lesbian, gay and bisexual engineers showed that homophobia and discrimination remained problems for the sector.

This year, the survey explores attitudes to gender, as well as sexuality, across the construction sector.

New Civil Engineer has again teamed up with sister titles The Architects’ Journal and Construction News to conduct an anonymous survey that targets the whole construction industry, and employees of all genders and all sexualities.

Findings will be promoted and reported by New Civil Engineer, AJ and CN.

To take the survey, go to www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/DTSL7F5. Your answers will be treated in strictest confidence.
