Highways England awards £290M framework


Highways England has awarded a £290M asset delivery contract for the South West to 21 suppliers.

It is the last of three asset delivery contracts in the region and will run for up to four years, starting 1 July. The framework is split into 13 lots, with winners providing general engineering services, drainage services and specialist technology for Highways England in the South West.

Highways England is responsible for routine maintenance of the road network in the region, as well as delivering capital renewal and improvement schemes.
