Volunteers are needed to help 14 to 19 year olds understand careers in construction.
A mentoring programme at the West Midlands Construction University Technical College in Wolverhampton will help 14 to 19-year-old students enter the construction industry.
Mentors will meet students twice a year, attend a half-day training session and talk to students over email.
The college aims to recruit mentors for every student enrolling in September 2016. Last year, mentors were drawn from Barratt, Carillion, Hewden, Lovell Partnerships, Morgan Sindall, Redrow, Thomas Vale and Willmott Dixon.
Mentors can be drawn from across the sector. Find out more here.
