Construction Claims Group amalgamates and rebrands

NCE stock business

The Construction Claims Group has amalgamated with its five subsidiaries and rebranded as HKA, basing itself in Warrington.

The location is the headquarters of one of its subsidiaries, engineering firm Knowles. Its other UK subsidiary is Glasgow-based engineering firm Cadogans and both of these subsidaries are now rebranded as HKA.

In January Hill International sold its Construction Claims Group arm to Bridgepoint Development Capital in a £120M cash deal. CCG has now been consolidated under the HKA brand, and the deal has been facilitated by Bridgepoint Development Capital.

Under the HKA name, the firm will be headed up by new chief executive, Renny Borhan. Within Europe Toby Hunt, will become president. Hunt was previously Hill International’s senior vice president.

Borhan said: “Bringing together our business in this way gives us the opportunity to unlock our full potential – we are excited about what the future holds.”
