Capita wins Liverpool road maintenance work

Capita and asset management company Xais have been tasked with creating a road maintenance plan in Liverpool.

During a 13 month partnership the firms will develop a carriageway asset management plan for client Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), covering the region’s roads.

A highways infrastructure policy and strategy will be developed, along with condition surveys and lifecycle plans for the road network.

“We are excited to be working with Xais to develop a carriageway asset management plan for LCRCA that will help ensure continued investment into the region and drive economic growth,” said Capita director of business development Mark Tabone.

“Our robust experience in this area allows us to assist highway authorities in managing their network efficiently and effectively, whilst delivering best value for their highway users.”
