Aecom is looking for 450 graduates next year.
The engineering consultancy – which took on 341 university leavers this summer, 89 of them women – is looking to ramp this figure up further for 2016.
It is advertising for applications to its graduate development scheme to learn about a range of disciplines in a number of locations from Plymouth to Newcastle.
“You will learn from some of the most talented and renowned experts in their field, while bringing a fresh approach and further diversifying our workforce,” said the job advert.
It added that opportunities would include an induction, residential training modules, mentoring, support towards professional qualifications, technical development, secondments, working on live projects, multi-disciplinary exposure, and external training where required.
Aecom also hopes to take on 200 technical apprentices next year.
