Building collapsed in east London

The Fire Brigade are currently trying to secure and stabilise a four storey building in Whitechapel, East London after it collapsed last night.
Refurbishment work was underway when the first and second floors of the building collapsed sending debris and scaffolding crashing into the street,The building, on Commercial road, Whitechapel, is understood to be a storage facility for a garment wholesaler.Rescue work is continuing. The fire brigade are tunneling into the structure through the garden at the rear, searching for anyone trapped in the building as they go.So far a cause of the collapse has not been established
