Blind leading the blind?

Dog biscuits indeed. Here's one who is part of the 'great public demand' for a more civilised interaction between pedestrians and drivers.
Anyone who has been to European cities like Nuremberg will know for themselves the advantages. If the Germans can work out the practicalities then so can we.

The totally negative attitude taken by the blind community does them no good. They should be helping to look for a solution. Other people have found one.
