Black & Veatch has formed a new department

US consultant Black & Veatch has formed a new department within its Water Americas division by bringing together tunnelling and geoengineering into a single business unit. The unit will be responsible for standalone, heavy civil engineering projects, particularly tunnels and dams. The change was driven by increased demand for tunnelling services in the water and wastewater sectors.
