Black & Veatch expands operations in Middle East

Consultant Black & Veatch is expanding its Middle East operations with the appointment Mazen A. Alami as regional director.

Mazen’s appointment in a newly created role is focused on developing Black & Veatch’s business to clients in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) – the states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. He will be targeting water and energy clients in the region.

Prior to his role at Black & Veatch Mazen was chief executive office at engineering firms Al Toukhi and General Electric, Saudi Arabia.
