Black & Veatch buy Gleeson

Contractor Gleeson was yesterday bought by Black & Veatch (B&V) in a £36M deal, making it the largest company serving the UK water industry.

'We can now offer total project delivery from concept through to commissioning to our water, environment and energy clients,' he said. The company said it plans to use the integrated consultant/contractor model to serve other clients and sectors around the world.
