Barnet Council is contemplating legal action

Barnet Council is contemplating legal action after Transport for London (TfL) dropped improvement plans on the North Circular Road. Congestion-cutting schemes have been mooted for Henlys Corner, Brent Street and Bounds Green since the early 1970s.

Now the council, which does not believe smaller TfL-proposed schemes will significantly improve traffic flow, wants to know how the decision to abandon plans was reached.
