Balfour Beatty

The case brought by the Health & Safety Executive against Balfour Beatty and its consultant Geoconsult for alleged breaches of safety legislation during construction of the Heathrow Express tunnels, has been adjourned. No new date has been set, but it will now be heard in the Old Bailey rather than Isleworth Crown Court where it was originally referred by magistrates in May (NCE 14 May).
