Balfour Beatty scoops seven year deal to supply on-track plant to Network Rail

Balfour Beatty has been awarded a £120M seven-year framework agreement with Network Rail for the supply of on-track machines.

The national contract includes the supply of tampers and ballast regulators.

“We are delighted that we have been awarded this seven-year contract and very much look forward to continuing our long-term relationship with Network Rail,” said Balfour Beatty Rail managing director Peter Anderson.

“The agreement further highlights the benefit in investing in new machines for the future and we are pleased to see our investment making such a positive impact to the infrastructure.”
