Balfour Beatty Rail

Balfour Beatty Rail has announced structural changes in a bid to realign itself with Railtrack following organisational changes by the operator. Maintenance and renewals operations will be merged with Eric Prescott as managing director. Major projects will continue to be led by Rob Boulger but will take over responsibility for signalling and electrification works. Steve Jagger, managing director for the rail maintenance company, will move to Balfour Beatty plc to pursue new business, at home and abroad.
