Millennium Bridge structural engineer Arup has presented the client with its preferred solution for the wobble which forced the £18M structure to be closed as soon as it opened in June, it was confirmed last week. But the Millennium Bridge Trust will not be revealing results of Arup's 12 week research and development programme until its own professional advisors have had time to consider the proposals. A final decision on the Arup proposals is not expected for a fortnight.
