Arup HK relocates

OVE ARUP & Partners Hong Kong is moving to a new 104 sq ft office location in a bid to achieve better quality work and improve conditions for staff.

Chairman Andrew Chan said the company was aiming to 'improve collaboration between individuals and groups, to increase the sharing of knowledge and to stimulate creativity'.

Arup is currently based at the Hopewell Centre in Wan Chai. During its 15 years there staff numbers have risen from 236 to more than 800. The new offices at the Festival Walk building in Kowloon Tong will be rented on a six year tenancy agreement.
