Arcadis lands two airport deals

Arcadis has won two airport jobs in South America.

The consultant will deliver design and engineering advice for the expansion of Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, Peru.

It will also offer project management consultancy on the development of a private commercial airport in São Roque, Brazil.

The two schemes are worth a combined $23M (£14M) and will will each run for about two years.

The Jorge Chávez airport expansion includes a new terminal, a new runway, aprons and the retrofit and expansion of the existing terminal.

Catarina Airport in Brazil will feature a 2,470m runway, maintenance facilities and hangars for business jets as well as a helipad, a control tower and a general aviation terminal.
