Skanska UK has announced the appointment of David Tydeman as executive vice president. Tydeman will initially lead a strategic review of the company's business plans before moving to head up its construction business stream from August. Tydeman joins the company from Morrison where he was chief operating ofcer.

Sean Nolan brings more than 20 years' experience in the construction industry to his new role as contracts manager for Dew Piling. Most recently, Nolan worked for Bullivant, where he developed expertise in piling systems and handling medium to large contracts across various sectors.

Infrastructure services company Morgan Est has made three new appointments to its executive management team. Mark Millington has been appointed to the newly created role of technical services director.

Millington is a member of the ICE and most recently held a similar role at Carillion. He will hold responsibility for engineering, safety, quality and environment functions across the company.

Martyn Shepherd and John Ellis, in their respective new roles as commercial director and nance director, will serve alongside Millington on the company's executive management team.
