Bill Finlinson has been appointed associate director in Entec UK's water management group. He joins from PB Kennedy & Donkin.

Andrew Bond has formed a new company, Geocentrix, to focus on geotechnical software development, web site design and hosting. He remains a director of Geotechnical Consulting Group.
