ICE News

TWO MEMBERS appeared before the ICE's disciplinary board on 17 October.

Djemal Redeb Moustafa (A) was found to be in breach of bylaw 33, which relates to the proper use of designatory letters for class of membership, and bylaw 35 and rule 2 of the Institution's rules for professional conduct. The board ordered that Moustafa be admonished.

Brian Elgar Lettin (M) was found to be in breach of bylaw 35, rule 1, which states that 'a member shall discharge professional responsibilities with integrity and shall not undertake work in areas in which the member is not competent to practice, ' and rule 2 of the Institution's rules for professional conduct. The board ordered that Lettin be reprimanded and admonished.
