ICE news

MA Goadby On 21 October 2002, the ICE disciplinary board considered an allegation against Mark Andrew Goadby, membership number 46799493, formerly of Livingstone, West Lothian.

The board found Goadby to be in breach of bylaw 35 and 37 and rule 9 of the Institution's rules for professional conduct.

Under the powers conferred on it by bylaw 38, the board ordered that M A Goadby should be suspended from the roll of membership for two years, and that the fact and particulars of this order should be posted in the Institution and published.

RP King On 21 October 2002, the ICE disciplinary board considered an allegation against Reginald Percy King, membership number 40642515, of Bristol.

The board found King to be in breach of bylaw 35 and rules 1 and 2 of the Institution's rules for professional conduct.

Under the powers conferred on it by bylaw 38, the board ordered that R P King should be reprimanded and should pay a fine of £1,500, and that the fact and particulars of this order should be posted in the Institution and published.
