Amey wins £100M water work

Amey has secured two deals with Severn Trent Water worth a combined £100M.

The contractor will install, repair and maintain water meters for the utility firm.

It will also design and build connections and water mains.

The contracts come after Amey was awarded a £190M deal to maintain and refurbish Severn Trent’s drinking water mains in the Midlands and mid-Wales.

Amey has recently won work with Scottish Water, United Utilities, Welsh Water and Northern Gas.
