Halcrow has sent two water and environment engineers to Nicaragua, which also suffered extensive infrastructure damage during Hurricane Mitch. Rob Riley and Richard Thornton will spend five weeks in the north eastern town of Ocotal. They will assess damage to the water and sewerage supply and establish an overall programme for rehabilitation.
