Upgrade of 19km of the existing A92 to dual carriageway, associated side and link roads. Clients are Angus Council and Dundee City Council

Value: 30M plus with ongoing maintenance expenditure.

Project planning/procurement under way with construction following within three years.

A 30 year concession period is envisaged
