A-Plant buys temporary access company

A-Plant today announced that it has acquired the entire share capital of temporary access specialist Eve Trakway.

Eve, which supplies temporary roadways, walkways, pitch coverings, pedestrian and vehicle bridges, crowd control barriers, traffic management, security and lighting solutions, will continue to trade under the same brand and will operate as a separate division of A-Plant.

A-Plant chief executive officer Sat Dhaiwal said the firm was “very excited about the acquisition”, adding: “We believe that the product range and markets served will complement the existing A-Plant business and together we believe there will be a number of market opportunities.”
