7 Lowry Centre, Salford 96.4M

Britain's largest combined visual and performing arts complex is rapidly taking shape on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford. Work on the main structure, including a complex, multi-angled concrete wall passed the half way mark during the summer and the project is well on the way to meeting its spring 2000 opening deadline (NCE 6/13 August).
