£15M contracts awarded to Amey Infrastructure Services

NEWS

Amey Infrastructure Services has been awarded contracts worth £15M to upgrade the Ebbw Valley rail line in south Wales. The line is to be upgraded to allow direct passenger services between Ebbw Vale and Cardiff/Newport. Amey will renew signalling and track and build six new stations.

Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly County Borough Council are joint clients.
