£130M Dover port scheme advertised

Contractors are sought for the £130M redevelopment of Dover’s Western Docks.

Dover Harbour Board placed a notice in OJEU advertising the forthcoming major re-development of its Western Docks and Marina.

It expects to appoint up to three contractors to a framework, from which it will select firms for individual packages.

Works will include land reclamation, building of piers, and construction of a mariner and associated docks.

Contractors have until 13 August to express an interest in the work.
